so the (most recent) internal PR update a few days ago left us with lots of new PR4 internal pages, I knew they weren't really greyed out because of the way they ranked, and one of them is the resources page which has a link to here what's more it looks like its possibly your strongest link, both PR/OBLs and relevant. so as you already rank top for UK SEO Forum, (and no-one else is trying for TIP SEO forum) I was wondering about changing the anchor text to watch the effects, have you any requests ? was thinking maybe "uk internet marketing forum" which has you at position 6? http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=uk+internet+marketing+forum&pws=0&hl=en&num=10what do you think, try it or are you scared you'll lose some of the UK SEO forum rankings?

How about removing the uk and seeing if we can get up for "internet marketing forum"? Position 20 I get us at now...

wouldnt worry page last cached on 23 Nov (from memory) be another week or so before it goes live.
I would think that should nudge it to bordering first page if not higher.

I wonder if we'll get an influx of new posters if we hit first page for that phrase?

So a week or two for the cache to update / re crawl and we'll see accurate results, I reckon any 1st page listing will yield better traffic than a 2nd page no matter the keyword. not all people troll through the first 5 pages like I do

give it a few weeks wait for it to wind up to full strength yet, aging filters and all that.
it will likely drop back a bit again soon and then ease up over the next few weeks again if it follows the usual pattern.
