There are a fair number of UK alternatives to Ebay/Paypal and
a fair number of sellers seem to be refusing Paypal and/or
moving elsewhere.

So if you're new to ebay and paypal and you create an account to sell 1 item then you're going to have to wait 21 days before you can get your money??

Well thats one way to stop new people signing up. Thats just stupid.

Of course paypal will most likely be cashing in on the interest for having all that money sitting there.
