Hi people... my first thread for a bit...  Shocked

Basically I'm doing really well with the SEO work and the days are fast filling up. So im thinking i need to outsource some of the leg work, the link building especially. But I need to make sure that whatever I do remains professional, ethical (as much as link building can be) and of a high standard. To me, that means that most Indian companies are out of the picture. What I'd really like is an apprentice type SEO who'd be willing to learn the ropes by doing the boring stuff first. Does anyone know of such an individual (im pretty fussy)?

Other question, any link building companies you'd recommend? Or any other ideas in how to manage my current situation?

There are two decent places where you can look for cheap labor - students and retirees. High school students (and even college students) are always looking to make a few bucks and the retired folks are always looking to fill their days with something to do.

I think you ask too much here. Believe it or not, I was ready to pay well such an individual. but most of the people gave up in the first week!

I was reading this thread again and it reminded me of this website I found last week:

http://www.peopleperhour.com/

It could be a good place to find someone looking to do SEO leg work.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is something that everyone should be doing (if you have a website) and that everyone should be learning about - it's that important. Unfortunately there are times when doing SEO on your own business is not possible. Maybe you don't know enough about it yet or maybe you just don't have the time. Whatever reason it is isn't important - you just need to know how to get the best out of an SEO company and how to get your money's worth.
