Doing a search for 'electricians north yorkshire' in google, I'm seeing the 2nd listing for the maps is:

Electrician North Yorkshire
www.electrician-harrogate.co.uk

but on viewing their listing (via more info or read review), their title is 'Electrician Ripon' and not 'Electrician North Yorkshire'... so why is Google displaying one title in the results and another on their page?

Any ideas?    Or should I call Mulder and Scully?

typical bloody google... you'd think they'd display the map regardless on the searchers location, as the search string is geographically specific.

Agreed, very odd, seems there are some senarios that they havent considered at all. I often work 80 miles from my home, so i might want to find details of someone local to my home, even though i am not.

Then again, if you peer into the future with the crazy prices of fuel and travel in general will we are a planet steadily be forced to devolve back into a more "local community" based economy? Its a thought.

Being a northerner I can see the map and the different titles. Could it be something in the settings for the google business centre entry that is causing the different titles? I does seem a bit odd though.
