If anyone is after a really simple, lightweight and SEO friendly forum software take a look at www.bbpress.org

In its standard form its basic but is very easy to setup and incredibly SE friendly without most of the code bloat that comes with most forum software.

Its also pretty easy to style to match your exisiting theme, i tend to leave the 'forum' element original and just change the surrounding code.
