I have been doing bits of SEO for quite a while now and I am currently in the process of signing a contract which could mean a lot more work. I'd need at least one person to share the workload and as I wouldn't be able to pay them before any work was done I'd split any profit we make 50/50. (someone from the UK would be an advantage)
